PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire 2 in which increases in weight and longitudinal rigidity are suppressed, and lateral rigidity and circumferential rigidity are increased.SOLUTION: A tire 2 comprises a tread 4, a pair of side walls 6, a pair of beads 8, a carcass 10, and an inner liner 14 laminated inside the carcass 10. The inner liner 14 contains short fibers 30. The short fibers 30 contained in the inner liner 14 in a region corresponding to the tread 4 are directed in an axial direction. The short fibers 30 contained in the inner liner 14 in a region corresponding to the beads 8 and their vicinity are directed in a radial direction. The short fibers 30 contained in the inner liner 14 in a region corresponding to the side walls 6 are directed in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
