<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type makeup cosmetic which is not sticky, can obtain a comfortable sense of use, has no smearing and is also smoothly applicable. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type makeup cosmetic contains: (A) a crosspolymer including 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid or its salt, (meth)acrylic acid and/or its ester and N, N-dimethyl acrylamide as constituent units in a water phase; and (B) hydrophobic powder in an oil phase, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
