The present invention relates to a hydrogel composition using a phase inversion temperature (PIT) emulsification method, and to a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for molding a hydrogel, which comprises the following steps: heating and stirring a water phase part composed of a water-soluble gelated polymer, purified water, polyalcohol, and other additives at 60-100°C; in an additional container, heating an oil phase part composed of a nonionic surfactant and an oil-based skin softening agent at 60-95°C; mixing the water phase part and the oil phase part together; stably impregnating a PIT emulsified material on a gelated material while cooling the same at 60-80°C which is the temperature for gelating the water phase part; and cooling the same with a cooler. According to the present invention, by making the hydrogel which is hard to contain oil to easily contain oil by the PIT emulsification method, the effects of the hydrogel increases, as the effective components in a nano-emulsion state can infiltrate the skin. |
