<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding cover for a vehicle, which is lighter than a conventional one, and can be manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular under cover 10, which forms a portion of a vehicular bottom wall 92, and covers a whole group of battery modules 30 from below. On the upper surface of a cover body 17, a noise shielding sheet 11 is laid which is constituted by an aluminum layer 12 sandwiched between a pair of resin layers 13, 13.
