An airbag apparatus for a pipe is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the airbag apparatus for a pipe installed inside a construction piping section of a fluid transfer pipe comprises: an airbag made of an expandable material; an injection pipe connected to the airbag to inject an expandable gas into the airbag; and a discharge hose disposed to pass the airbag and having a discharge passage to discharge the fluid from the inside of the construction piping section to the outside. The airbag apparatus prevents an airbag from being damaged.
