Disclosed is a method for recycling and refining propylene to solve a conventional problem of high electricity consumption. According to the present invention, a device for recycling propylene can effectively solve said problem and can be used for industrial production for recycling propylene from a propylene oxide device. The device for recycling propylene of the present invention comprises: a first propylene recycling column; a flash tank; a second propylene collecting column; and a propane removal column. Accordingly, the device for recycling propylene can be used for industrial production for collecting propylene from a propylene oxide device.
