<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference light source for stably emitting weak light evenly over the surface. <P>SOLUTION: Light emitted by an LED 5 is guided by a light guide member 4 and outputted forward by a first light output surface 41, and is detected by an SPD 6 provided to face the LED 5 via the light guide member 4. A quantity of light emitted by the LED 5 is controlled by a control unit 9 on the basis of the detected quantity of emitted light. A first dimmer filter 10A, a microlens array 13, a first diffuser panel 14, a second dimmer filter 15, and a second diffuser panel 16 are provided on the first light output surface 41 in this order in the direction that they go away from the first light output surface 41. Thus, the light outputted by the first light output surface 41 is dimmed so that it becomes smaller than light quantity of light detected by the SPD 6 and diffused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
