PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device constituted such that an arm is hardly detached from a housing in normal use, and, when force equal to or above the prescribed one is applied in an opening direction, the arm is detached from the housing, thereby preventing damage of the arm.SOLUTION: A turning type cover 30 is attached to the housing 20 where an opening 21 is formed. The arm 40 is extended from the cover 30, and inserted through an arm hole 23 of the housing 20. A first abutting surface 44 abutting on a first surface 27 of the housing 20 in the normal use, a second abutting surface 45 abutting on a second surface 28 when overloading, and an inclined surface 48 provided to be inclined from the first abutting surface 44 are formed on the arm 40. When overloading, the second abutting surface 45 is pressed by the second surface 28, and the inclined surface 48 is pressed by the circumference 24 of the arm hole 23, so that the arm 40 is elastically deformed. Then, abutting of the first surface 27 on the first abutting surface 44, and abutting of the inclined surface 48 on the circumference 24 of the arm hole 23 are released, so that the arm 40 is pulled out from the housing 20. |
