A light-emitting module (40) comprises an LED chip (42) and a mounted substrate (46) on which the LED chip (42) is mounted. In the mounted substrate (46), a reflective film (50) that reflects light emitted from the LED chip (42) is formed on the LED-chip (42)-mounted side of the mounted substrate (46), wherein the whole of the reflective film (50) is composed of an insulating inorganic material. The reflective film (50) may comprise an inorganic material having a refractive index of 1.4 or more. The reflective film may be a multi-layered film produced by laminating a first inorganic material having a refractive index of 1.4 or more and a second inorganic material having a higher refractive index than that of the first inorganic material alternately. |
