The present invention provides a vehicle body structure. The object of the invention is to enhance the strength against a load caused by side collision while lowering the floor. The vehicle body structure (1) includes: a floor frame (2) extending in the front-back direction of the vehicle; and a side sill (10) arranged at the outer side of the vehicle relative to the floor frame (2) and extending along the floor frame (2). An accommodation space for accommodating a rail (20) for a slide door is formed in the side sill (10), and the upper part of the accommodation space is covered with an upper board component (12). The upper board component (12) is provided with a fixing part (12b) engaged with the floor frame (2). |
