The present invention relates to health supplement food including ginger as a main material which is manufactured by forming powder by using ginger, as the main material, and an extending agent as a sub-material containing a functional material beneficial to health, stirring and mixing the ginger powder and the extending agent powder, and making capsules by filling the mixed ginger and extending agent powder in capsules to enable a user to conveniently eat the health supplement food. The extending agent, used as the sub-material, is one selected from Abeliophyllum leaves, pine needles, mulberry leaves, carrots, radish leaves, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbages, beets, watermelons, oriental melons, apples, spinach, onions, pears, mushrooms, paprika, apricots, and peaches. The selected extending agent is powder, is mixed with the ginger powder to be formed, and is filled in the capsules to capsulate ginger. |
