The present invention relates to a container for mixing different substances, which enables a stopper to be rapidly and easily separated for drinking after mixing additives separately stored in the stopper with a basic substance stored in the container. The present invention comprises: a container (100) formed to include a container main body (110) in which a basic substance (A1) such as water or beverage is stored and a locking ridge (114) which is formed on the upper end of an inlet hole (112) extended to the upper part of the container main body; and a stopper (200) including a valve body (210) which allows an engaging hook (212) to engage with the locking ridge formed on the inlet hole of the container main body and a valve sheet (215) and one or more outlet holes (216) which are formed in the lower end of a containing unit (211), an opening/closing cap (220) which allows the valve body (210) to be separated from the container main body (110) when performing an opening/closing operation in a screw-combining method in the inlet hole of the container main body, and a capsule (230) which is installed in the opening/closing cap, stores additives (A2) such as liquid, powder, or granule, and opens and closes the outlet hole (216) of the valve body. The present invention is formed to easily perform an elastic engaging operation and a separation operation on the locking ridge of the inlet hole by separately forming one or more engaging support pieces (213) to allow the engaging hook (212) to engages with the locking ridge (114) of the inlet hole (112) in the upper outside of the containing unit (211) of the valve body (210).
