The present invention relates to a method for screening anticancer drugs through an interaction of IKBα and AURKC. More specifically, the present invention relates to an inhibitor compound for the bond of IKBα and AURKC, and to a composition comprising the same as an active ingredient for preventing and treating cancer. The present invention is capable of screening anticancer drugs at a molecular level, and verifying the effects of the drugs through the interaction between molecules.
