The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic electroluminescent display device includes: a substrate divided into a display region and a non-display region; a thin film transistor disposed on the display region and including a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; an organic light emitting display device disposed on the thin film transistor and including a first electrode, an organic light emitting device, and a second electrode; an auxiliary electrode connected to the second electrode of the organic light emitting device; and a pad unit disposed on the non-display region and including a pad electrode. The auxiliary electrode includes a first auxiliary electrode and a second auxiliary electrode, and the second auxiliary electrode is formed to enclose an upper surface and a side surface of the first auxiliary electrode.
