The present invention relates to a display device comprising a touch panel to enhance a touch performance. The display device is separated into display and non-display areas and includes a display panel with a built-in touch panel in the display area. The display panel is formed in the display area, and comprises: a plurality of touch electrodes; and a plurality of transmission lines. During an image display period, a common voltage is applied to the touch electrodes and during a touch detection period, an operating signal is applied to the touch electrodes. The transmission lines are formed on the non-display area to transmit a plurality of operating voltages and signals to a gate driver. The transmission lines are divided into a first and a second group. As for the first group, the operating voltages are applied as direct current (DC) voltages, during the touch detection period. As for the second group, an auxiliary operating signal is applied, during the touch detection period. The display panel is formed between the transmission lines of the first group and the transmission lines of the second group, and comprises an auxiliary line wherein the auxiliary operating signal is applied. |
