PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and an adhesive film are provided to improve a white turbidity preventing to function under an atmosphere of high temperature and high humidity while having an excellent transparency when an adhesive layer is coated at a thickness of 250 micron or more. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises at least one of a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer not containing a hydroxyl group and an alkoxy group-containing alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer; and at least one of a copolymeric vinyl monomers containing a hydroxyl group as a functional group but not containing carboxyl group. An adhesive layer with a thickness of 250 micron formed using an adhesive composition has a total luminous transmittance of 90% or higher and a haze value of 1.0% or less. The adhesive layer formed from an adhesive composition and is stacked on one surface of a substrate to form the adhesive film.
