An electric machine signal control unit (600) for controlling signals by means of the rotation of a rotor (700) secured to the drive part (130) is disposed on the other end of the bearing (200). A tapered surface (200T) of which the inner diameter becomes larger towards the outside is formed on the one end of the bearing (200) at the inner circumferential edge of the shaft hole (230). An elastic ring (300) is attached to the retention part (120) by being elastically sandwiched between the tapered surface (200T) and the step part (100S).
