<p>A method, system and computer program product to control a filter regeneration process, where the method comprises the steps to measure a drop of pressure (Ps) between the crude gas chamber (3) and the clean gas chamber (9), measure a gas flow (q) to determine a filtration velocity (vf), which is the quotient of the gas flow (q) and a filtration area (Af) of the filter material (5), measure a temperature (T) of the process gas (1 ) to determine its density (ρ) and kinematic viscosity (v). Then a constant (Ksdy) is determined as function of the filtration area (Af) of the filter material (5) and an outflow area (Ady) of the filter material (5) and a predetermined loss factor (Kdy) of the outflow area (Ady), an outflow drop of pressure (Psutstr) over the outflow area (Ady) as function of the constant (Ksdy) and the filtration velocity (vf), a real filter resistance (Smreal), as function of the drop of pressure (Ps) and the outflow drop of pressure (Psutstr) and the filtration velocity (vf), The real filter resistance (Smreal) is compared with a predetermined filter resistance (Sm-predef), and a regeneration process of the filter material (5) is started as response to that the real filter resistance (Smreal) is greater than or equal to the predetermined filter resistance (Sm-predef).</p> |
