The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a drag of a fishing reel, and a manufacturing device thereof. The method comprises: (S10) a material preparation step of preparing a material (10A) having a plurality of wing parts (12) radially formed on a center part (11) of a pentagon; (S20) a primary forging step of forming a primary formed product (10B) as a ring-shaped step (11A) is formed on the center part (11), and grooves (12A) formed between the center part (11) and the wing parts (12) by cold-forging the material (10A) using a primary forging unit (100); (S30) a secondary forging step of forming a secondary formed product (10C) as an inner circumference of the step (11A), pressed to form an insertion groove (11B) and a rectangular groove (11C) formed on an inner floor surface of the insertion groove (11B) by cold-forging the primary formed product (10B) using a secondary forging unit (200); (S40) a trimming step of forming a tertiary formed product (10D) by cutting a circumference of the wing parts (12) of the secondary formed product (10C); and (S50) a cutting step of forming a finished product (10E) by forming a penetration hole (11D) penetrating the rectangular groove (11C) of the tertiary formed product (10D). The present invention manufactures the drag of the fishing reel having a dense tissue and a precise size through the continuous cold forging steps; thereby reducing the hours to manufacture the product, and improve productivity. |
