Disclosed are an interactive server, a method for controlling the same, and an interactive system. According to the present invention, the interactive server includes: a communications unit for receiving an articulation voice signal by communicating with a display device; a storage unit for storing articulation history information with respect to the articulation voice signal received from the display device; an extraction unit for extracting an articulation element from the received articulation voice signal; and a control unit for generating response information based on the articulation history information, stored in the storage unit, and the extracted articulation element and transmitting the generated response information to the display device. Therefore, the interactive server can understand the intentions of various users with respect to articulation voices, generate response information corresponding to the intention, and provide the response information to the display device.
