Provided is a humanized and affinity-matured anti-c-Met antibody, a pharmaceutical composition including the antibody, and a method of preventing and/or treating c-Met-related disease using the antibody.

1. An anti-c-Met antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof comprising:
(a) a heavy chain variable region comprising (i) a CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, (ii) a CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, and (iii) a CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; and (b) a light chain variable region comprising (i) a CDR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, or SEQ ID NO: 9, (ii) a CDR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 10, or SEQ ID NO: 11, and (iii) a CDR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6 or SEQ ID NO: 12.
