PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of quickly evaluating a change in the chemical state of an element of interest, a distribution of the element of interest, and the like in an electrode of a battery at a time of charging or discharging the battery without decomposing the battery.SOLUTION: A method according to the present invention is a two-dimensional measuring method for an electrode provided in a charge and/or discharge element using an X-ray, two-dimensional measurement using the X-ray is implemented by fixing excitation X-ray energy of the X-ray to one type, irradiating an electrode in a charge and/discharge element with an X-ray, and acquiring an X-ray absorbancy distribution, an X-ray transmittance distribution or a transmitted light intensity distribution in the electrode, and the two-dimensional measurement is implemented at least once at a time of charging the charge and/discharge element, discharging the charge and/or discharge element, continuing a phenomenon accompanying the charging, or continuing a phenomenon accompanying the discharging.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
