PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food analyzer capable of precisely analyzing a kind of a food.SOLUTION: A food analyzer 1 has a food database which stores plural pieces of food information including, a piece of characteristic information including at least one of light absorption information which is a piece of information relevant to absorption of near infrared ray and component information which is a piece of information relevant to constituent of the food; and a piece of kind information as a piece of information relevant to the kind of food. The food analyzer 1 performs matching between the food database and a piece of measurement information as a piece of characteristic information which is obtained based on a result measured by using a near infrared ray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
