The present invention relates to a system for controlling the exit and entrance with a converter for a video phone. The present invention provides a system for controlling the exit and entrance with a converter for a video phone, which comprises: a video phone for an individual house installed in each household which includes an individual entrance camera, a first terminal for connection connected to the individual entrance camera, and, a second terminal for connection connected to a converter; a common use unit for an apartment house, which is driven through a common power supply unit and which is made to be able to transmit and receive voice, video, and data to and from the converter; the converter driven by receiving the power supply of the individual entrance camera applied through the video phone for the individual house, which transmits the signals transmitted from the common use unit for an apartment house to the video phone for the individual house; and, a wiring system which includes an individual wiring system for connecting the converter and multiple video phones for an apartment house and a common wiring system for connecting the converter and the common use unit for an apartment house. |
