A method for placing an end of a lead of a pacemaker, having passed through coronary sinus inside interventricular septum, in order to effectively transfer an electrical stimulus, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: introducing a surgical wire through a superior vena cava and the coronary sinus, passing through the interventricular septum, and then guiding the surgical wire toward inferior vena cava; and placing the end of the lead inside the interventricular septum by inserting the lead of the pacemaker along the surgical wire. The apparatus for placing the end of the lead of pacemaker, having passed through coronary sinus inside interventricular septum in which the conduction system of the heart is located, in order to effectively transfer an electrical stimulus, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, comprises: the surgical wire passing through the superior vena cava, coronary sinus, the interventricular septum, ventricle, and inferior vena cava; a surgical catheter passing through the inferior vena cava and the safe zone in order to capture the surgical wire located in the ventricle; and the lead of the pacemaker inserted along the surgical wire which has an end inserted into the interventricular septal tissue. |
