The present invention relates to the manufacture of a substrate to improve light extraction efficiency. The present invention is to optimize a method for forming a nano-convexo-concave structure, and to solve an outgassing problem caused in a post process in forming a planarization layer on the structure. The planarization layer is formed by using spin coating for forming a high-refractive-index solution on the nano-convexo-concave structure. In a process of manufacturing an organic thin film device, an inorganic binder is used to prevent the deterioration of the organic thin film device due to outgassing from the organic binder. A solution where the inorganic binder is mixed with high-refractive-index nanopowder has processed by a defoamation process in a vacuum chamber or is defoamed by a defoamer. The coating method of the high-refractive-index solution can use any one among spin coating, dip coating, printing, blade coating, spray coating, and slot coating. |
