APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR VOICE ARCHIVING

In a voice archiving process, a voice is recorded. The recorded voice data is converted into text. At least one keyword is extracted from the converted text. A voice file which includes the voce data from a record start point to a record end point, is matched to a keyword. It is stored. A voice file player for reproducing the stored voice file is provided. Provided is a graphic user interface which outputs a keyword as a marker in at least one position on the voice file when the voice file player is executed.
