PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely acquire a daytime operation state on a route specified by a user through a simple setting and send an operation recovery state to the user's terminal by e-mail when an accident occurs, thereby improving user's convenience.SOLUTION: In a transportation operation state guide server for reporting to a user's terminal an operation state acquired from an operation information control server providing the operation state of transportation, the operation state on a registered route is acquired from the operation information control server at specified time intervals, and when the operation state is normal, a latest operation state on one or multiple routes is sent to the user's terminal at a first report time.
