PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarizing plate capable of minimizing occurrence of warpage and deterioration of a polarizer and suppressing display irregularities when used in a display device.SOLUTION: A circularly polarizing plate includes: a polarizing plate 1 comprising a polarizer 14 sandwiched by a first protective film 12 and a second protective film 16; and a λ/4 retardation film 18 provided abutting the second protective film 16.
