PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which information about uterine cancer of a subject is acquired, based on an analysis result obtained by analyzing a methylation state of DNA extracted from a biological sample of the subject by using a novel marker specific to uterine cancer.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method by which information about uterine cancer of a subject is acquired, based on an analysis result obtained by analyzing a methylation state of CpG sites that exist in the promoter region of TMCO1 gene contained in DNA extracted from a biological sample of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: None
