PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module in which impairment of airtightness can be prevented.SOLUTION: A light source module 200 includes a surface emitting laser array chip 40, a package 10 in which the surface emitting laser array chip 40 is mounted, a cover glass 41 located on the optical path of light from the surface emitting laser array chip 40, a frame-like seal member 30 having a -γ side surface bonded to the periphery of a region in package 10 where the surface emitting laser array chip 40 is mounted, and a lid 20 including a flange 20a bonded to a part of the +γ side surface of the seal member 30, a cylindrical part 20b having a -γ side end continuous to the flange 20a, and an attachment part 20c continuous to the +γ side end of cylindrical part 20b, and to which the cover glass 41 is attached via a bonding material 50.
