Provided are an electronic traffic signal machine and an electric roll-type traffic signal flag. In the electronic traffic signal machine which comprises: a stand (110); a cross beam (120); a power supply unit (130); and, a rotating rod (140), and the electric roll-type traffic signal flag which comprises: a flag unit (210); and, a fixing strap (220): a motor (132) is controlled with a micom controller (MCU, 134), and the traffic signal flag, which is wound around the traffic signal machine in a roll type, falls at an operating time, which is set on the MCU (134), to control the flow of vehicles or the passing of a person; and, the traffic signal machine winds the fallen traffic signal flag with a rotating roll at an operating time, which is set on the MCU, and elevate the traffic signal flag to let vehicles and people to pass again and to automatically control the traffic. |
