PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transporting coal, particularly low-grade coal, which is capable of preventing a fire during transportation of the coal from a storage area to a combustion facility without increasing costs.SOLUTION: A method for transporting coal includes: heat-drying coal with extracted steam generated from a power generation facility 1; sealing the dried coal with boiler exhaust gas; and transporting the coal to a combustion facility for the coal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
