摘要 A composite material stitched with a low-friction polymer fiber for a sliding bearing, according to the present invention, has stitching density which has a density grade in a shape becoming lower from a friction surface in a thickness direction, thereby improving interfacial shear strength between layers of a continuous fiber reinforced composite bearing and improving friction-wear properties by locating the composite material on the inner surface of the bearing. The composite material for a sliding bearing, according to the present invention, improves interfacial shear strength between layers without a decline in tensile and compressive properties by reinforcing a low-friction thermoplastic polymer fiber in a thickness direction on the basis of an adequate range of stitching process variables, such as stitching density and the thickness of stitching fiber.
