PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system, intrusion detection method, and computer program that can further increase the management demand of an EMS.SOLUTION: An energy management system of an embodiment includes a power information acquisition unit and an alarm determination unit. The power information acquisition unit obtains power consumption in a building of a management target. The alarm determination unit determines the occurrence of an illegal intrusion in the building of the management target on the basis of the power consumption in the building of the management target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
