PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a battery by suppressing excessive temperature rise of the battery accurately.SOLUTION: A battery pack 10 includes a battery case 12 in which a battery 14, a peripheral component 16, a heating medium circulation path 18, a heating part 20, a fan 22, an over temperature rise prevention part 24, and the like, are housed and held. The battery 14 is heated by supplying air, heated by the heating part 20, to the heating medium circulation path 18 provided in the battery case 12 using a fan 22, and heating operation of the heating part 20 is stopped at a predetermined temperature by the over temperature rise prevention part 24 provided in the heating medium circulation path 18.
