PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of preventing current leakage between pixels, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The organic EL display device includes: a plurality of first electrodes each arranged on a first substrate correspondingly to each of a plurality of pixels; a bank layer arranged on the first substrate between the plurality of adjacent first electrodes so as to cover ends of the first electrodes; an organic EL layer arranged so as to cover the plurality of first electrodes and the bank layer; and a second electrode arranged on the organic EL layer. The organic EL layer includes, in a portion overlapping the bank layer, a plurality of non-conductor layers having a higher resistivity than portions overlapping the plurality of first electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
