PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate comprising a randomly arranged concavo-convex structure that provides a viewfinder image (of a camera) with no moire, no unnatural blur and color unevenness due to diffraction effects, and no granular appearance, and to provide a random arrangement pattern of the concavo-convex structure and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Disclosed are; a two-dimensional random pattern that is formed based on a random structure obtained by chemically or physically altering a material; a concavo-convex structure obtained based on the pattern; and a focusing screen obtained by forming the concavo-convex structure on a substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
