PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for adjusting a signal phase in a serial conversion circuit.SOLUTION: A circuit may include a phase detector circuit, a charge pump circuit, a delay circuit, and a multiplexer circuit. The phase detector circuit may be formed so as to output a comparison signal based on comparison between the phase of inversion of a first signal and the phase of a multiplexer signal. The charge pump circuit may be formed so as to integrate the comparison signal and output a control signal based on integration of the comparison signal. The delay circuit may be formed so as to receive a second clock signal, delay a second clock signal based on the control signal, and output the delayed second clock signal. The second clock signal may be a divided version of the first clock signal. The multiplexor circuit may be formed so as to output a multiplexor signal based on the delayed second clock signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
