PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured product which is excellent in thermal conductivity and throughput properties, is hardly embrittled and is capable of being cured by an active energy ray, and to provide a production method of the cured product.SOLUTION: The cured product is obtained by curing an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing a resin α, another resin &bgr; and a thermally-conductive filler. The resin α is a composite resin (A) obtained by bonding a polysiloxane segment (a1) to a vinyl polymer segment (a2) and the resin &bgr; is a resin having: a group having a polymerizable double bond; and a hydroxyl value of 0-100 mgKOH/g. The resin α and the resin &bgr; are phase-separated from each other. When EDS composition analysis is performed by using an electric field emission type transmission electron microscope, a filler presence ratio per unit area of the resin α is 10 times or more of that of the resin &bgr;.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
