PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of demand power for an electric power system by using power storage facilities and suppression of the residual capacity of a power storage device.SOLUTION: A power supply control device 10 has a determining unit 12 and an estimating unit 13. The determining unit 12 determines whether power is supplied from a power storage device 20 used in a building 40 to an electrical load 41 during a target period when power supply from the power storage device 20 to the electrical load 41 is requested. The estimating unit 13 estimates a presence state in which a user of the electrical load 41 is present in the building 40 and an absence state in which the user is not present in the building 40. The determining unit 12 determines power supply from the power storage device 20 when the estimating unit 13 estimates the presence state during the target period, and determines prohibition of power supply from the power storage device 20 when the estimating unit 13 estimates the absence state during the target period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
