PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reuse a table by selecting the table for reference when a message header is compressed according to a connection state between communication devices to reduce the frequency of preparing a new table.SOLUTION: In a communication device, although a message header to be transmitted to other transmission device is compressed while referring to a table for compression, the table is updated based on a message header to be transmitted to other communication device or a message header received from other communication device.
