PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive mechanism which expands applications of the motor and enables an oil pump to be driven in various modes thereby becoming more multifunctional than a conventional drive mechanism.SOLUTION: A drive mechanism includes: an input shaft (10); an output shaft (4); a power transmission path (303) which transmits power of the input shaft (10) to the output shaft (4); a first power intermittent mechanism (81) located in the power transmission path (303); a second power intermittent mechanism (82) located outside the power transmission path (303); a third power intermittent mechanism (83); and a motor (6) and an oil pump (7). The power of the input shaft (10) may be transmitted to the output shaft (4) through the first power intermittent mechanism (81) and may be transmitted to the motor (6) and the oil pump (7) through the second power intermittent mechanism (82). Power of the output shaft (4) may be transmitted to the motor (6) and the oil pump (7) through the third power intermittent mechanism (83).
