Provided is a laver seasoning device having a cartridge type waste oil storage device, which can ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of a manufacturing device by easily collecting waste water dropped from toasted laver during the seasoning process of applying edible oil and, at the same time, facilitating the replacement of an oil absorption sponge which has absorbed and recovered waste oil. According an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, the laver seasoning device having a cartridge type waste oil storage device, which applies edible oil and salt onto primarily toasted original laver before secondary toasting, comprises: a seasoning device frame having a predetermined height; at least one pair of oil coating rollers installed on an upper portion of the seasoning device frame; a plurality of transfer roller units which are arranged at the bottom and on both sides of the pair of oil coating rollers to transfer laver and are supported and installed in the seasoning device frame, and consist of a transfer belt connected to a pair of transfer rollers; an edible oil supply pipe disposed above the oil coating rollers; and a waste oil recovery cartridge which is positioned at the bottom of the oil coating rollers and arranged to be stored in and withdrawn from the seasoning device frame, and absorbs remaining waste oil after being applied from toasted laver. |
