PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity sensor calibration system capable of highly accurately correcting humidity-output voltage characteristics with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: This system comprises: a humidity sensor including a moisture sensitive element; a thermosensor detecting an element temperature of the humidity sensor; an adjustment tank capable of placing the humidity sensor contained in the tank in an environment of a predetermined temperature and a predetermined humidity; and a control unit. The control unit calculates an actual relative humidity on the basis of the element temperature, a tank internal temperature, and a tank internal humidity, and calibrates an output voltage from the moisture sensitive element with respect to the actual relative humidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
