PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure estimation apparatus capable of accurately estimating a blood pressure of a subject.SOLUTION: The blood pressure estimation apparatus comprises: a pulse wave acquisition unit (3) for acquiring a pulse wave; a feature amount extraction unit (9) for extracting a feature amount from the pulse wave; a blood pressure estimation unit (11) for estimating a blood pressure by using a model, from the feature amount; and a model creation/update unit (13) for creating or updating the model on the basis of teacher data including personal information or the feature amount. The model creation/update unit (13) varies a determination threshold of learning in the creation or update of the model, in accordance with the personal information or the feature amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
