This utility model relates to the process of producing banana (Musa sp.) rice cake (bibinka) following an easy procedure which generally involves combining 250 ml blended banana (Musa sp), 800 grams glutinous rice, 100 gram brown sugar, 250 ml coconut milk, 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl and mixing thoroughly; lining baking pan with banana leaves and grease; pouring the mixture in the baking pan from step and add topping; adding second topping after fifteen minutes; baking until light brown; and removing from the oven and let cool. |
