The present invention relates to a vibration and a noise blocking device and, more specifically, relates to an inter-floor vibration and noise blocking device for a multistory building installed in a bottom surface of a floor slab of an apartment house or a building, and blocks or minimizes noise generated on an upper floor. To achieve this, the present invention provides an inter-floor vibration and noise blocking device installed on a lower part of a bottom surface of the floor slab, comprising: a vibration and noise insulation material installed in the bottom surface of the floor slab; and a ceiling board installed in a lower part of the vibration and noise insulation material. |
