PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking belt which is simple in a structure, easy to be handled and highly effective in a pelvis periphery exercise apparatus for enhancing a slimming effect of exercise only by being mounted during monotonous exercise, such as walking.SOLUTION: A pelvis periphery exercise apparatus for slimming eliminates the looseness and the distortion of a pelvis with an upper band 1 surrounding a pelvis periphery. Since a wearer is conscious of a muscle group in the direction of internal rotation against the force of a hip joint in the direction of external rotation to move by wearing a lower band 2 connected to the upper band 1 around a thigh part while pulling the hip joint in the direction of external rotation, a pelvis correction effect of the upper band 1 is strengthened, a trunk is further strengthened, and metabolism is improved. |
