PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising tool and a raising method of artificial crystal that can easily detach a frame even when a microcrystal is stuck after completion of raising artificial crystal, and thus can improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: A raising tool 10 includes: a connection protrusion 11 installed on each of a ring 31 which is a lower end part of an upper frame 30 and a ring 32 which is an upper end part of a lower frame 30; a fixing pin 12 attached in advance to the connection protrusion 11; a connection plate 13 having two connection holes 20 that are each to be penetrated by the connection protrusion 11 and the fixing pin 12 attached to the upper frame 30 and the connection protrusion 11 and the fixing pin 12 attached to the lower frame 30; and holding parts (21, 22) that hold each the fixing pin 12 penetrating the connection hole 20 to the connection hole 20.
